Lundberg's South Shore Inn ViewDeposit to Confirm Reservation:  A 50% deposit from the total reservation is required to confirm a reservation. A confirmation of your reservation with the amount of the balance due and directions to our Inn are mailed to you promptly.

Balance due:
Balance is due when you arrive.

Standard Check in: Check in is after 4 p.m. and check out is before 11 a.m. Please let us know of your approximate arrival time so that we will be there to help you get settled in. Arrangements can be made for different arrival or departure times - please ask!

Restrictions: Non-Smoking. Pets require approval.

Cancellations: We hope that there won't be a need to cancel but if you have to cancel... Notification is required 2 weeks prior to your arrival date. A refund of your reservation deposit minus a $15 service fee will be made for cancellations made within the required 2 weeks. For cancellations with less than 2 weeks to arrival date, refund minus a $15 service fee will be issued only if we can rebooked for your reserved day/s. Any changes of a reservation with less than 2 weeks of arrival that reduces the days originally reserved is considered a cancellation.
